LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore on Friday received interim bail requests from 13 Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders, along with former federal minister Hammad Azhar Shafqat Mahmood in several cases of alleged damage to state property. and violation of Part-144 over a joint get-together of 25 Might Islamabad long March, ARY Information reported.
All the PTI leaders named in the case reached the courtroom at this time for interim bail. The courtroom accepted his request and prevented police from arresting him until June 17.
Accepting the request, ATC also ordered the senior PTI management to submit a security bond of Rs100,000 each.

Speaking to a courtroom outside the media after obtaining interim bail, PTI senior leader Hammad Azhar accused the PML-N management of turning the country into a “police fascist state”.

The ATC on Friday issued arbitrary detention warrants to several PTI leaders along with former provincial ministers Murad Raas, Mehmood ur Rasheed, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Jamsheed Chemma, Zubair Niazi, Aijaz Chaudhry, Yasmin Rashid and others.
ATC issues NON-BAILABLE ARREST WARRANTS FOR SENIOR PTI LEADERS
ATC Decide Abhar Gul Khan issued an arrest warrant for PTI leaders after police approached the courtroom and asked for permission to arrest PTI activists.
It should be noted that several PTI leaders along with former prime ministers Imran Khan, Asad Umar, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry and others have been ordered by the police at various FIRs linked to Azadi March.
